This is it! Our 2025 JazzRoad tour comes to an end later this afternoon 2/2 @ 4pm MT in Phoenix (Chandler). (Tickets) It's been a great run so far, and we've just departed Yuma, AZ as we head back east. (Surprisingly amazing breakfast at Cafecito by the way!) Then, for our New England fans, our intergalactic balkan surf jazz trio, Czarna Wolgastar is back! Wolgastar I is back in orbit on Feb 7th (this weekend) -- thanks to the recent planetary alignment that has created some killer surf conditions for the aliens to ride on back into the Sol system and join up with our 3 host bodies (Tev, Mike, and myself!) Workshop at 3pm and concert at 7pm - tickets on that link. Thank you NEFA NEST for the tour grant support as well! Last night was tiki-epic thanks to the gracious hosting of Matt, the fine proprietor of the Lava Flow Inn. What an audience! An epic spread of food including smoked pork shoulder, sides and chicken, and an array of fine libations served up in a regulation environment for some exotica-hungry ears. It was great meeting many of you last night who have supported our work including supporter Chris Curtis who was #2 in line when we began our Patreon community. (Thanks CC!) Below some more photos! What a show last night! Last night was, for me, our best quintet performance—ever—and we were stoked to share it with a full house, livestreamed it, and to have recorded the show for our upcoming EPK updates.
